Who we are

Through His Lens is an online photography course by Dusty Perez of Lily Photography, sold through Whop. “We” means the people who run the course. To reach us, message us through our page on Whop.

Your photos and answers stay on your device

The photos you upload in a lesson and the answers you write are saved in your own browser, on your own device. They are not sent to us or to any server. We can’t see them.

• You can delete a photo with the × on it, and you can edit or clear an answer at any time.
• Clearing your browser’s data removes them for good, and we can’t get them back.
• The “Bring in my photos” button only copies them between two views of this site in your own browser.

What this site stores

This site doesn’t set cookies and doesn’t use analytics, ads or tracking. It uses your browser’s storage only for your lesson progress, answers and photos.

Purchases and your account

Checkout, payments, your account and course access all happen on Whop. We don’t see or store your card details on this site. Whop handles the information you give it under the Whop Privacy Policy. As the seller, we may receive order details from Whop, such as your name, email and what you bought, and we use those only to run the course, support you and meet legal duties.

Hosting

This site runs on Vercel, which, like any web host, processes basic technical information such as IP addresses to deliver pages and keep them secure. See the Vercel Privacy Policy.

Messages you send us

If you contact us, we keep your message and contact details only as long as we need to help you. We don’t sell your information.

Children

The course isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. Teens should use it with a parent’s or guardian’s permission.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under privacy law, and we’ll honor them. Requests about your Whop account go to Whop.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
