Agreement
By using this site or buying Through His Lens, a course by Dusty Perez of Lily Photography, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. To reach us, message us through our page on Whop.
Your purchase
Through His Lens costs $27, one time, unless a different price is shown at checkout. Purchases and access run through Whop, so Whop’s terms also apply. You’re responsible for keeping your Whop account secure.
All sales are final
Because you get instant access to the course, all sales are final and we don’t offer refunds, except where the law requires one.
What you may do with the course
Your purchase is for your own personal learning. The lessons, demos, text and images belong to Dusty Perez or their other owners. Please don’t copy, resell, share or publish them, or share your access with others.
Your photos
Your photos and answers stay yours. They’re saved in your browser, on your device, so they don’t move to other devices or browsers, and clearing your browser’s data deletes them. Please keep your own copies of anything you care about. Only upload photos you have the right to use.
No guaranteed results
The course teaches photography basics from a Christian perspective. Your results depend on your practice, your equipment and many other things, so we can’t promise any particular outcome. Manual mode lessons need a camera with a manual mode. Take care of your own safety and others’ when you’re out shooting.

The service
We work to keep the course running smoothly, but it’s provided “as is”, and we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost photos or data, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for the course.
Age
You must be at least 13 to use the course. If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian must make the purchase and agree to these terms.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, unless the law where you live says otherwise. If they change, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
